Put It Out There

I love you.  Those three words can be life changing.  The following was a recent conversation with some friends.

Friend 1 - “You really need to tell her.”
Me - “Tell who what?”
Friend 1 - “He needs to tell his sister he loves her.”
Me – “You really do need to tell her…it makes all the difference in the world.”
Friend 2 – “My family just didn’t do that.”
Friend 1 – “She tells you right?”
Friend 2 – “All the time.”
Me – “You need to change that.”
Friend 2 – “Maybe I should.”

I’m a firm believer in what we put out in the universe is what we will get back.  Meaning, if we speak goodness into someone and do good things, we will receive the same.  If we “MF” someone or do less than favorable things, that is what we will get back.  Think about it, folks. We just feel bad when we argue, or speak negative words into or about someone.  Sure, the ego gets some enjoyment out of mouthing off when we feel we have been wronged, but think for a minute about how you feel right after you do it.  I know I feel like shit when I do.  I am getting exactly the same thing back as I put out there.  We reap what we sow, we get what we give, what goes around comes around.  No matter how we say it, it is all the same.

Tell someone today that you love them. Pay someone a compliment and watch how they smile.  Thank someone for them giving you some of their time.   Our words have power and can be life changing so go ahead and put it out there, and watch the goodness happen right in front of you.
