Thanks

Thank You Old Fart

He has many names: Old fart, Old man, Pepa, Ronald L., and Daddy.  He answers to all of them.  He has many roles, father, grandfather, husband, carpenter, mechanic, counselor, and friend.  In spite of me, I think he has done an excellent job of raising me, and even at almost 52, he still does to some extent.  When I need advice, I can call.  When I’m down about something, he just seems to know and calls me.  He was there when I drank gasoline as a kid.  He was there when I split my head open, and they thought I was going to die.  He was there when I graduated from college.  He was there when my life blew up and helped me put it back together.  I consider myself quite lucky and honored to have Ronald L. Williams as my father.

Happy Father’s Day, Daddy and to all the other dad’s out there in the world.
