I See You
Today’s title is becoming a very popular catch phrase now. It seems like I hear it at least one time a day. Its rise in popularity is due to a little movie called Avatar. In one of the first uses of the phrase, one of the characters says I see you, and the other character responds I see you too. The second character had no idea what he was really being told. Character one was saying they could see the other person’s presence, their energy, their aura, their spirit – the real you. Later in the movie, the two characters talk again and character two initiates the conversation with “”I see you.” He had finally learned what it really means to see the real you.
We are surrounded by and project energy everywhere. The energy originates in our heart and radiates outward. It has been proven with science, can be photographed and can be measured. The ability to “see” each other exists in all of us. We’ve all heard “have you ever noticed how he/she just brightens up the room when they walk in?” That’s their energy, presence, being or whatever word you choose to use. Their heart is open and radiating goodness.
As I said, the ability to see each other exists in all of us, but there is a direct correlation to your heart. You can only “see” others when you open your heart. When your heart opens and begins projecting further and further, others the can “see” you and are drawn to you. When your heart is closed from hurt or other emotional scars, it is difficult to “see” others. Even a closed heart can feel the presence but not near at the level of detail as an open heart. I know as I have been on both ends of the spectrum. Where I’m at now is unbelievable and only getting better.
I can really “see” people now. When I look at someone, I can see their energy around them. Honest I can and no I am not smoking crack. I have just learned by opening and expanding my heart. Why do you think strangers just feel the need to hug me all the time? They feel my heart projecting and are drawn to me. Sometimes the “seeing” can be a lot to take in as I can also feel the hurt in another’s heart. I can see and feel deception and anger. The thing about “seeing” is that your energy and projection doesn’t lie. It can’t. When the words conflict the energy, it cause distress for both parties. 93% of what you are communicating has nothing to do with your words.
Being open and seeing attracts others at the heart level. That is the “connection” I talk about often. Those closely connected to me know without a doubt when something is off in me. They see me through the connection. We can be miles apart and still see each other. When I connect with someone, I am now connected to everyone they have in their life. Sometimes those connection waiver or weaken, but they never go away. That’s just the way it works. If you are in my life “I See You.” The only ones I can’t see are those I have not met…..YET!
