Fan

For some reason, my oscillating fan caught my attention when I walked in from Starbucks.  I stopped for a second and watched it go to the left then stop and sweep to the right then stop.  As I watched the fan oscillate left to right, I thought about the life lesson of movement.  To maintain balance on all levels, we need to be able to oscillate or go with the flow.  When there is a steady pendulum motion like a grandfather clock or oscillation like a fan, things go along smoothly. We swing to the left then to the right in a nice rhythmic motion called balance.

There are so many lessons out there in the world if we pay attention.  Today, a fan reminded me of the importance of balance and rhythmic movement.  What will be your daily lesson?
