“Everything has a price.”  I have heard that phrase too many times and I disagree.  There are things that cost nothing but are priceless and can completely change someone’s day. Smiles are free, hugs are free, and kind words are free.  You smile at someone walking down the hall, in most instances they smile back, and the cost is zero.  You give someone a heartfelt hug, and you get a hug back, the cost is zero.  You tell someone thank you for their time, and they are taken aback then smile. Again, the cost is zero.

Changing lives is far easier than we sometimes think.  It takes no money and little to no effort.  It just takes feelings from the heart, moving some muscles and a few words.  It costs nothing to change a live but the investment can be priceless.  Go invest in someone right now.  Give someone a smile, a hug or a kind word. When you change a life, you can change the world.
