Signals

Isn’t it funny how we get frustrated when other people do not notice our signals?  We know we are giving and projecting signals, so why don’t they pick them up.  However, rather than say something, we just get pissed off at other person, because they are not frickin mind readers. Does it sound familiar, well it should because we all do it or have done it.  Think about all the times you ended up in the spin zone because you internalized the words and got hurt or mad rather than speaking and possibly avoiding the entire mess.  Skip the covert body signals and open your mouth. When you speak from the heart, the right words will come to you.
