Day One

Today officially marks the start of a new year.  Traditionally, New Year’s Day is about making changes and new beginnings in life.  The top 10 resolutions for each year rarely differ from the previous year.  They involve losing weight, better health overall, and finances.  The common theme with all resolutions is that they all revolve around making some type of change in life.   Statistically though, most resolutions go by the wayside by about March, as people lose interest or are frustrated that the so-called resolutions are not coming to fruition fast enough for them.

I’m not one of those annual resolutions people. I’m a daily resolutions person that chooses to work on “me” 365 days a year. I’ve  found that consistently working to make myself a little better than I was the day before, keeps me focused on living a better life.

On day one of 2014, set resolutions that you can work on for the remaining 364 days this year.  A little change each day goes a long way.
