Water is one of the most powerful forces on earth yet can be
so calming and relaxing. On my last cruise, I was up early one morning sitting
by the pool with a cup of coffee. I
found myself intently watching the water in the pool as it did its ebb and flow
deal with the movement of the ship. Whichever way the ship moved, the water
would move. When the movement of the
ship stopped, so did the water in the pool, and it was slick as glass. Watching the water reminded me of the importance
of being able to ebb, flow, and return to center with the daily things life
presents us. Water is the best example of being able to go with the flow. Go
out and flow my friends.
