I could stand on my head and stack BB’s and have fun with it. Watching grass grow can be a way cool time too. Some consider washing clothes a chore, but have you thought of it from the other side: the gratitude side? I have clothes to wash. I have a washing machine. I have a home where I can wash them. You can apply this concept to any event in your life. It may not always be obvious, but there is something to be thankful for in each event in life. It’s what you make out of it that makes the difference. View something as a chore, and it becomes a chore. View something as fun, and it becomes fun. Look at life with anticipation and watch how much fun it becomes. There will be some event today you will see as a chore. When it comes about, take a second to look at it from the gratitude side. What can I make out of it? Change your thinking, change your life!
