Some of my security cameras are battery operated, and when the battery gets low, the app sends alerts to my phone starting at 20% charge remaining and counts down in 5% increments until the battery gets recharged or goes completely dead. It would be so nice if our body had an app to track our energy, right? Well, we do have an embedded app that does that very thing. I call it the Living Life App.
When we’re tired, we start yawning and need to rest. When we’re happy, our energy goes up and we feel great, and when we’re frustrated or upset, our energy level starts its spin down cycle. With all the internal data the app provides, we still can run out of energy all together. Why? We do not pay attention to the app data, and like any app, the host will crash or shut down at some point. Our bodies provide a wealth of information via our internal Living Life App, if we pay attention and stay internally charged up. Wind down and rest when you’re tired, listen to your spider senses and remove yourself from the sources of frustration, and enjoy the euphoric energy highs when they come around.
