Some of my best lessons learned were from the ground looking up. Something put me on my butt, and it was up to me as to what to do with said event. I could lay there floundering in the emotion that put me there, or I could stand up, brush myself off, assess the situation, and learn from it. Here are a few of my favorite lessons.
· Kindness is a mindset capable of changing the world one act at a time.
· Inspiration is all around me. Pay attention.
· Listening is an acquired skill, and I learn more from listening
than talking.
· I am responsible for my actions.
· You can’t save everyone. Some people do not want to be saved.
· Changing my thinking changed my life.
· Things happen that I cannot fix. Learning to accept them leads to
better things in the future.
· Money does not make the world go round.
· Seldom does shooting my mouth off before thinking result in a
positive outcome.
· Intuition is one of the best tools in life. Pay attention to your
spider senses.
· Sometimes bad things just happen; however, the reaction and
response are all mine.
Have anything to add to the list?
