January 1st – And Away We Go

Here we are starting a new decade, and I am really pissed. From what I remember as a kid, we were supposed to have flying cars by now. :) Oh well!
I wrapped up the year in typical Rod fashion. I was learning/sharing some new things, mostly about me, up until 8:30 last night. I was able to make a difference in someone’s life yesterday, and I met some new people last night. I hit all three of my daily action items right up to the end of the year, and I am quite happy with that.
I’ve had several conversations over the last couple of days about 2010. I’m happy to report there is a lot of optimism in the air for a great year to come. I heard lots of comments about personal growth, spiritual growth, making changes, new careers, giving more, and getting more involved. As we grow and evolve, so does everyone connected to us, and when our connected people have similar goals and values, I see that growth and evolution happening that much faster. Helping each other grow rather than judging or critiquing just makes our collective world a better place. “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
