Put It Out There

I am a big believer in intentions.  What you put out there is what you will draw or attract.  It is as simple as where you direct your focus, attention, and energy.  Someone walks in the office saying Monday sucks, and you guessed it, their Monday will probably suck.  If I say I’m hung over and feel like crap, then I typically do feel like crap.  If I say and believe will have a great day, then I typically do.  There is nothing magical or mystical about it.  It is truly a case of getting your mind in the right state.  Even if something comes a along that throws you a curve, stay in the right state.  It takes practices, but after a while, it becomes a way of life.  When you put the goodness out there, you get it back.
