All Over The Map

Boy, I had some big fun with friends the other night.  You name it, and we talked about it.  The ironic part was not one subject ended up being controversial or divisive, and yes, we even talked about religion and politics.  As we were winding down, we laughed about all the different subjects that had come up around the table.  We started counting then gave up, as there were too many. 

In my view, there are three reasons that happened, or as I call them, The 3 C’s: Comfort, Connection, & Communication.  When you are comfortable with the people you are around, you connect.  When you connect, you communicate openly as there is no fear of reprisal or condemnation.  When you have the right people in your life, the three C’s just happen.  No one has to tell you.  It’s something you feel and just know.  You are truly in the moment with people you trust.  So, to Becca, Brian, David, Kenny, and Nora, thank you for the three C’s and allowing me to be all over the map.
