What You Find


When you get away from the phone and the computer, it's amazing what you find. Current social conditioning suggests we should be tethered at all times. I've been on a digital detox for two weeks now. I shut down all social media.  Maybe I missed the picture of someone’s lunch, but other than that, I doubt I’ve missed any earth shattering or life-changing event.  If I need to know something, people will get in touch with me the “old fashion” way.  They will call me.


Here is your challenge for the day.  Look at your social media account and see if there is anything posted on your page that is truly meaningful or significant.  I think you will be surprised at the amount of meaningless drivel you will find.  Take the digital detox challenge.
