At some point, we have all uttered the words, I have no choice. The funny thing about saying I have no choice is actually a choice, but it is not the one we want. There have been plenty of times where I did things I really did not want to do, but I chose to do them rather than deal with the fallout of not doing them. There have also been times I did not do things and dealt with the fallout. No matter what it is, there is always a choice. The next time you find yourself saying or thinking I have no choice, ask yourself this question. Do I really have no choice or just not the choice I want? The decision or choice will take on an entirely different complexion when you answer that very question.
