1400 of anything is a lot. For this collection of words, 1400 is the number of posts on my blog as of 9/18/21. I started writing a Thought of the Day in 2008 and officially started the blog on June 28, 2009. Yep, it is indeed a lot of words about thoughts, feelings, ideas, and opinions. Why do I continue to write some 13 years later? It’s therapy for me plus I still get inspired to share the words. I’ve also learned the words are not always for me. There are so many in the world on quests to find answers. I definitely do not have all the answers, but I do know sharing my experiences and thoughts does help others find answers. I also feel it is my responsibility to share my 62 years of experiences, and when it helps someone avoid a misstep, it is all worth it.
As you go out today, pay a little more attention to what’s going on in the world, listen a little longer than normal, and share your words. You never know when your words can change things for the better.
