Clueless

During my 3-mile loop at the park this morning, 395 people crossed my path.  Here is what I know about those people.  395 people were exercising this morning; there were 790 shoes on the track, some people run, some people jog, and some walk.  Some wear sweats and others wear shorts.  Some listen to music and some talk on the phone.  One thing they all have in common though and I am totally clueless about is who they are or their story.  To really know someone and know their story, you have to be able to look past the physical and see their spirit.  All too often we form opinions of people based on our physical vision, only to find out they are nothing like what we thought.  We all do it.  We are a judging lot.

There is no way to know someone without talking to them and looking past the physical.  You can’t possibly know them or their story.  Rather than forming an opinion based on what you see, give someone the benefit of the doubt.  Remember, we are all clueless at first.
