At This Very Moment

How do you feel at this very moment?  It’s not a question requiring deep pondering.  Really, how do you feel at this very moment?  Is it great, good, glad, sad, or mad?  Whatever you are feeling at any given time, is the very energy you project.  That is not some psychobabble or dance around the crystals stuff.  It’s a fact.  Think about it for a second.

Someone comes storming in the house, head down, not saying a word, and walks right on past.  Logic would indicate they are in a mood of some sort.  After all, they projected all the signs of being in a mood, not wanting to talk, and somewhat pissy, right.  What do you do, you typically keep your distance.  You see someone you know, they smile, come hug you, and say good to see you (Johnny does that all the time).  They are projecting good energy so you smile back, hug them, and return the compliment.

When we are present in the moment, we sense it.  When those around us are in a good mood, we know it.  When they are happy, we know it.  When something is bothering someone, we know it.  You can call it anything you want but the fact is that we do indeed project energy related to how we feel.  At this very moment, I’m quite relaxed, smiling, typing on the computer, thankful for my life, and thinking about the people in my life that make smile.  What are you feeling and thinking about at this very moment?
