I get the question often
asking if I have off days, and the answer is yes. Most every morning when I wake up, something
hurts. It would be so easy to focus on the
pain in my knees, or my lower back from past injuries, or my fill in the
blank. I have played hard and banged my
body up quite a bit; however, I choose to focus on the fact that even though
things hurt, I can still feel and move.
We all have off days. That is
inevitable. What is changeable though is
how we deal with and work with those days. Focus on the pain and the rest of
the day is painful. Focus on the fact
that you can still feel and move, and the rest of the day is good. Life happens with our without us, but how we
react is our choice.
