It Finds Me

One of my friends sent me a note that he misses my daily writings. I wish I had something every day but sometimes I don’t.  There was a time where I felt I had to write something each day.  As I’ve grown and expanded my vision, I’ve learned that pushing the issue is not always the best approach.  Rather, I need to wait until the inspiration finds me.

No matter our position in life, we sometimes tend to push ourselves based on the parameters of others. Here is what I’ve learned.  Inspiration finds me when I open my heart and head and allow it to happen.  When I force things, they stink on ice, but when I get quiet and allow the universe and good Lord to speak to me, things take their place.

Learn to be quiet and listen.  Things will find you when the time is right.
