Staying Relevant

When you think about it, staying relevant is really another way of saying we have to be adaptable and changeable. Think of all the actors and musicians that fade away due to either being stereotyped or refusing to adapt to the changing tastes of their audiences. If I do not stay current with technology trends, it has a direct impact on my business and income.  Heck, the field where I see it as life changing, literally, is the medical industry. 

In my little world, my workouts have changed over the years to accommodate my schedule and work arounds for my injuries over the years.  My work schedule has changed, as I get up earlier now and start earlier.  I can say without question that there has been change in all four areas of my life: emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical.


I cannot think of any aspect of life that does not involve staying relevant, can you?
