During the BBQ cook-off at the rodeo this year, I cut my
left index finger bad enough that I had to get stitches and wear a splint for a
few weeks. Once I could not use my
finger, I found out real quick how much I really did. Two of the simple things we do daily, tying
shoes and buttoning a shirt, became quite the challenge. I literally had to watch myself attempt these
activities a few times before I adapted to a new way of doing things. That cut on my finger reminded me that we
have a simple choice when it comes to life: adapt or stagnate. I choose to adapt. What is your choice?
