And Then You Go On Vacation



I had a quick conversation with my friend Patrick this morning and asked how things were going, “A little of this…a little of that…a little of the work nonsense and then you realize what is important and you go on vacation.”  Patrick and I have talked a lot over the years about coming to the place where we finally realized what is important.  It’s not how much money you make, the fancy house, or the go-fast cars. It’s about your time and what you do with it.  Remember, there are 86,400 seconds in a day, and you can’t roll them over to the next day.  Once they are done, they are done.
