The Roundabout

A roundabout can be quite entertaining.  There is one close to my house that never ceases to entertain me.  You have everyone from the damn the torpedoes driver that blows through and then there are the others that literally go round in circles. It appears all the fundamental driving rules like right of way and yield are elusive at the roundabout.

Life can be like a roundabout.  At times, we need to yield and provide right of way for events and people to enter/exit our life. Other times there is no traffic and we can blow through with clear sailing. Then there are the driving in circles times and wondering when we will get off this damn ride. I know I will encounter roundabouts; however, my life experiences have taught me the most important thing about the roundabout of life is to yield.  Holding for a few minutes can be the difference between smooth sailing and a wreck.  Learning to yield is a good thing.  Try it.
