No, T & A is not what you think. For me, T & A means, Time & Attention. I view time as the most valuable thing I have, as I cannot replace it. 86,400 seconds sounds like a lot of time but it’s really not. It’s actually one 24-hour period of my life, and I want to get best out of every second. If I am offering or giving you my time, you have my attention. Unfortunately, a big portion of the world does not see the value of someone’s time & attention. They cancel events regularly, stair at their phone more than they talk, show up late, or no show without any explanation. They have many names: procrastinators, can I have yet another rain check guy/girl, weighing my options guy/girl, or I’ll catch up with you later guy/gal. If someone chooses to take your time for granted, they certainly do not deserve your attention. Think about it.
