Here is a very easy way to change your life. I call it The Two Step.
Step One:
Each morning when you wake up, pick five things in your life you are thankful for. That helps set the tone for the day.
Step Two:
At night when you go to bed, pick five things from the day that you are thankful for.
When you wake up being thankful and go to bed being thankful, everything in live begins to change.
