Another conversation came up
recently about me, my attitude, and if I ever have stinko days. The answer is yes. I have days where my little red wagon blows
off all four tires and I am upside down in the ditch. I have days where I just want to lay in bed,
turn the phone off and hide from the world.
The difference is that I do not talk about it or focus on the
shit-storms that hit my life. They do
and sometimes they are frickin doozeys! I am no different from anyone else when
it comes to having my moments. Where I
am different is how I respond to and work with the situations. If I need help, I ask. If I do not, I work
the issue through and find the answer.
Here is the deal. Shit storms hit
us all. The difference is all in how we
react to them. We can get caught up in
the nonsense or take a break and think about how we work with the subject. Yes,
it happens! We all end up in the ditch.
That is of minimal importance though.
What really matters is how we move forward and get out of the ditch.
