Doors

There are 20 total doors at my house. That includes closets, bedrooms, bathrooms, and such.  Of the 20 doors, I know what is behind 18 them, as they are contained in the house or are glass where I can see out.  That leaves the front door and garage door.  Each time I open those, something is a little different as they open out to the world. Sure, I know I will see the driveway or the porch, but it is not exactly the same each day.  There’s no way it can be, as another day has passed.   

Many doors appear in life. Sometimes they open easily and other times they are locked.  I believe the right doors in life open at the right time, and I believe there are times to shut and lock doors behind you, as there is nothing behind them that you need. For me, the doors I close and lock normally have something to do with my past.

Funny thing about doors is that we attempt to open them when we think they need to be opened, which is not always the right time.  We can yank and kick all we want but some doors won't open without the right key. Yep, you guessed it.  That key is to timing. The right things appear in life at the right time.
