There are days I really have nothing to say or words to write. It’s not working through anything, deep in thought, or upset. I really do not have anything to say. Isn’t it funny though how we think something is wrong when someone goes quiet or off the grid? We all do it. If you dig down, you will find we think we did something to make someone go quiet, and that is not the case at all. We make it about us, when in fact, it has zero to do with us. You know the dance, “You’re quiet…you’re not talking…what’s wrong…what happened…what did I do?” What drives that behavior? Our annoying insecurities of thinking we did something wrong. If you do not hear from me, it is entirely possible I am working some internal issues, and it is also entirely possible I am just being quiet. We all need to get quiet and go off the grid. That’s how you maintain balance. You will be amazed at the peace you can find in a zero, zip, nada kind of day. Try it. Get your quiet on!
