How It's Made

One of my favorite television programs is, How It’s Made.  They document the manufacturing process from raw materials all the way to finished products.  For instance, certain coffee beans take years to grow before harvesting, processing, shipping, and ultimately a cup of hot brown water.  The same goes for making clothes, or the electricity that powers the computer I am typing on right now.  It gives me a new appreciation on the creation process, and I certainly look at things I purchase a little differently.

Overall, it is a small part of the gratitude lifestyle and being grateful for everything in my life.  Rather than assume something will be there, I think about, How It’s Made.  Remember, gratitude starts with a single thought.  Be Thankful!
