Where You At?

With everything going on in the world right now, it would be so easy to get caught up in all the nonsense. I cannot recall a time in my history of dancing around on this earth of things being so polarizing and divisive.  Personally, I choose not to get hoovered in to the swirling vortex of suck.

To minimize the nonsense, I am very selective about the people I spend time with and where I spend said time. I do not to watch the teleprompter readers that think they are news reporters. I limit reading things online. Between the click bait headlines and the sources, there is seldom an unbiased article out there. I am also selective on having conversations about topics like politics. Prior to engaging in the conversation, I ask, what’s your source of information. If they tell me, I read it on the internet, I’m done with the conversation.

The old adage of being a product of your environment is so true these days. Your environment is your choice. Choose wisely.
