End Result

As you sow, so shall you reap, what goes around comes around, or everything comes full circle. Those three phases are often used to describe the law of cause and effect, better known as karma. What we put out there, eventually returns to us.  My belief is that’s the equation of life balancing itself and is one of the many reasons I choose to live a life of gratitude and giving.

I read an article on the Little Things web site about a young man, Fredrick White. In his late teens, he was using the money he earned to buy coats and jackets at the local Goodwill to give to the homeless.  At the time, he did not know another patron snapped a photo and posted it on social media.  The post went viral and eventually got back around to him. When the local news caught up with Fredrick and interviewed him, one of his comments was about how others had helped him at one time, and he wanted to pay the kindness forward.  Random acts of kindness keep the cycle of giving going. Gandhi said it best: “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”
